Toronto Phoenix invites you to attend tryouts for our men’s and women’s teams for the summer of 2016! Please bring $5 to help cover the cost of the facility. If you have any questions, please contact us at: info@torontophoenix.com or use the contact form on the website.

For those of you that are showing up to tryouts, please fill out this form prior to tryouts so that we have all of your information. Tryouts will begin promptly at the start time so we encourage everyone to show up 15 minutes earlier to take care of registration, payment, and warm up.
