2025 Youth Girls (18U) Phoenix Cup

Registration

Registration will be available here and it will automatically go live on Saturday, June 14 at 10:00 AM ET. If you visit the page before then, it will automatically redirect you to an incorrect page or it will result in a page not found error.

NACIVT ethnicity rules are strongly encouraged but will not be strictly enforced (ie: we will not be asking players to prove their ethnicity). This tournament is meant as a tune up before NACIVT and we ask that teams play with the spirit of the game in mind. Failure to comply may result in the team not being accepted into the tournament, loss of security deposit, and/or potential bans in future tournaments.

Security Deposits

Security deposits will be returned 1-2 weeks after the completion of the tournament.

All or part of the security deposit may be forfeited in the event of any of the following occurring (not an exhaustive list):

  • Failure to perform reffing duties
  • Failure to clean up area at the end of the tournament
  • Failure to submit required documentation on time
  • Poor sportsmanship

  • Fill in the sheet with your team’s information.
  • Export the sheet as a PDF (File > Download > PDF) using the settings already configured.
    • Page orientation: Landscape
    • Scale: Fit to Page
    • Margins: Narrow

Send completed form with signatures (PDF or photo) to registration@torontophoenix.com with your team name in the subject. Players under the age of 18 must have the form signed by their parent or guardian.

Forms are due by Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 11:59PM ET. Forms will NOT be accepted on the day of the tournament.
